After about 110 km, you must leave the E60/M5 motorway at junction 114 near Kiskunfélegyháza, before driving a further 80 km through the Puszta landscape (Csongrád–Szentes–Orosháza ). Furthermore, Orosháza is easily accessible from the regional centres of Szeged (56 km) or Békéscsaba (33 km), and the Romanian border is not far either; the city of Arad/Oradea is only about 75 km away.
You can reach the city by train from various directions, for example via Szeged, Békéscsaba or Mezőtúr. Thanks to the good road links, Orosháza is connected to several cities via a direct bus service (e.g. Budapest, Baja, Pécs, Dunaújváros, Debrecen, Kecskemét).
Our spa in the Gyopárosfürdő district is 3.8 km from Orosháza town centre. If you do not have a car or bicycle, you can rely on local transport.
In summer, the Dotto tourist train departs from Orosháza’s central bus station approximately every 2 hours.
You can also reach the spa by local buses. Buses on routes 2 or 2A depart from Orosháza’s central bus station approximately every 2 hours.
The train on railway line 147 (Orosháza–Szentes–Kiskunfélegyháza) stops just 200 metres from the spa entrance. However, in summer 2021, only two train services operate on the route – see EMMA timetable planner of the Hungarian railway company MÁV.
