The imposing Panoramic Tower is one of the highlights of Orosháza and the Gyopáros Spa. It combines breathtaking views with fascinating history.
Step by step up the spiral staircase, you’ll not only be treated to a spectacular panoramic view of the picturesque landscape – you’ll also embark on an exciting journey through time across the region.
On the ground floor, immerse yourself in the archaeology and folklore of the area: experience life around the Gyopáros Spa in times gone by up close. Admire authentic tools used by fishermen, hunters, beekeepers and winegrowers, as well as fascinating exhibits of traditional reed and rush weaving.
On the upper floors, an impressive collection of historical photographs and images guides you through the history of Gyopáros – from the earliest copperplate engravings to the present day.
The tower is open during the summer bathing season by prior arrangement. Combine the magnificent panoramic view with a fascinating cultural journey – a visit well worth your while!

A delight in every season: running in unspoilt nature! Gyopárosfürdő offers ideal conditions for your run, and the route around the lake is simply perfect.
The right pace for everyone: Take a relaxed lap around the lake or challenge yourself on longer routes – for example, as far as Szentetornya or to the sand pits in the other direction. Competitive athletes will find plenty of opportunities here to really push themselves.
Beginners are also welcome! The initial effort is richly rewarded: with crystal-clear air, the enchanting park landscape and the diverse flora and fauna. Jogging boosts oxygen uptake, gets your circulation going – and will quickly become your favourite healthy habit.
